Hotel investment advisor and specialist in hospitality transactions and high value-added investment operations, Armand supports investors, owners, and operators in the acquisition, sale, and structuring of hotels in Paris and more broadly across the Île-de-France region. Founder of ASVICA, after more than 20 years in senior management positions at BNP Paribas, he joined Carlton Hotelbrokers in 2025, where he is based in Paris. He mainly works on hotel transactions in Paris and Île-de-France, as well as across key French markets.
